70% Sao Tome’
The island of Sao Tome was the first major grower of cacao in Africa, starting in the 1600’s. With organic beans from the Satocao coop in Sao Tome, Letterpress grinds the cocoa at least 48 hours and then ages it for at least a month. The result is an exquisite and unexpected chocolate with obvious notes of peanut butter.
