Their Dominican Hispaniola bar is a lightly roasted 68% cacao–the lowest cacao bar we carry. It won 1st Place Best Origin Bar in 2015 at the Northwest Chocolate Festival.
Their 100% cacao bar is a blend of Dominican and Peruvian beans. It has notes of juicy red berries in an intensely roasted cocoa base.
