Amano’s newest bar, with beans from Domincan Republic. Art Pollard found these beans about 2012. It took him about 7 years to feel his chocolate from these beans reflected the quality of the bean.
Flavor Profile: hints of apricot, caramel, brown sugar and cream ina rich, earthy chocolate base.

Made from rare beans from Papua New Guinea. Well worth the effort it takes to get these beans. This one never ceases to surprise me.
Flavor Profile: strong notes of ripe, red grapefruit and lime, followed by earthy notes.
