These fine Criollo chocolates are from the limited Criollo harvest of Akesson’s Estate in Madagascar. The Akesson family estate has provided fine cacao and spices to top chefs and chocolate makers worldwide since 1920.
Both of the bars we offer have are lightly fruity, with notes of red berries and citrus, with little bitterness. Some of the best 100% cacao chocolate we’ve found. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better Madagascar chocolate.
