Our Just Chocolate truffles are 62% to 85% velvety cacao delights. All our truffles provide bold flavors that evolve on the tongue--enjoy a chili truffle as the front of your mouth registers chocolate before the back notes the chili, and then the two blend and the chocolate lingers.

Everything we add to our chocolate is certified organic or grown organically, (except the wines and liqueurs), and are from local producers as much as possible. Our award-winning Savory truffles harken back to the beginnings of chocolate, when all chocolate dishes were savory—every savory truffle we’ve entered in competition has won a silver or gold medal.

Please note: we add no sugar to our truffles (the main preservative in most truffles), so the main flavor is chocolate, not sugar--and the shelf life is 7-10 days from the day we ship--don't squirrel them away, eat them now.
